This 1930’s built multilevel family home has not had any renovations done in 20+ years. Time to renovate!!!!
Sadly I forgot to take some before images, but rest assured it looked nothing like it does today.
This kitchen needed a complete gut job. The floor and ceiling were not leveled, so we had to level the floor, and add new custom flooring. In addition, a custom wood panel ceiling with recess lights was added. Rose wanted a clean, crisp, airy feel with wood accents and exposed brick. The fireplace is original, but the brick was old and needed a facelift. We refaced it with new brick accent tile, that gave this kitchen just the right feel of traditional modern yet vintage vibes.
All new custom kitchen cabinets were installed, along with new hardware. This custom floating kitchen island was installed, and butcher block was added on top. All lighting was hand picked for Rose to reflect the cozy feel of this new hangout place! Custom granite counter tops were added to match the black large farmhouse sink, along with brand new Stainless Steele Appliances.
Rose loves her kitchen renovation so much, that she decided to renovate her basement too! Read her review in the testimonials section, and stay tuned for the basement renovation!
